Safer and Stronger Communities

Local outcome: "Communities have reduced availability of drugs and alcohol and are safe from associated offending and anti-social behaviour."

This strand of work focuses upon improving outcomes for communities and the population involved with the criminal justice system through progressing actions associated with custody and criminal justice settings, community safety and enforcement. 

 

Overprovision work looks at the availability of alcohol within an area. Highland ADP surveyed local people, then fed their views into local licensing agreements.
